What is Review Guardian?

Review Guardian is an included feature of Revuzee Plus. This add-on to your landing page acts as a digital guardian to protect you against negative public reviews. What exactly does Review Guardian do? It replaces your public review links with a private 1 to 5 star landing page. Your custom landing page includes your business name and logo at the top. After customers select their star rating, they are presented with a comment request page. This gives you an opportunity to engage these customers after they submit their feedback. You become a hero by addressing negative experiences directly with your customer and keeping their frustrations away from your public reviews. We strongly recommended also reaching out to customers who submit a positive experience through Review Guardian since these are the customers most willing to leave you a 5-star review on public sites as well.
